CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy does not allow refunds. Please choose the correct date and time so you do not forfeit your pre-payment. No shows will be charged in full for booked services. We understand things come up, and will reschedule your appointment if given a proper 48 hour notice. We are not liable for chargebacks. Thank you for supporting our policy. I authorize Dollheads to charge the credit/debit card indicated in this authorization form. This payment authorization is for the amount indicated within the service booking only. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company or bank. I understand that the payment is non-refundable.
